Being unable to focus on the subject at hand can be quite annoying, especially for students, as it can lead to stress and the late submission of papers and projects. Listen to music

Listening to music while working is an excellent approach to boosting productivity. Everyone has their own musical preferences, and listening to music has been found to improve concentration and memory. Create habits

Waking up at the same time each day will allow you to create a sleeping routine and also help you plan your days and tasks better. Living a healthy life

When you eat unhealthy foods or do not exercise, your body is not the only thing that suffers.
